It’s a 10 week training program of professionally designed workouts to be completed on a weekly basis, as well as a whole suite of healthy food recipes you can pick from. So when I got the opportunity to join The Fit Girl Gang after a summer of traveling and not working out, I was stoked to get my butt back in gear with a real fitness program I could do on my own! I’ve always gone to classes like OrangeTheory or Spin when I want to push myself, or I’d just settle for very mediocre gym workouts that typically consisted of cardio and a few machines I probably wasn’t using correctly.
